The 2017 Chambertin Grand Cru is one of the most exciting wines in the Dujac cellar this year, offering up a classy bouquet of rose petal, orange rind and red berries framed by creamy new oak. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, ample and satiny with a pure and lively core of fruit, superb depth and persistence and juicy balancing acids. Its a supple but intense rendition of this tiny two-barrel cuvée.

Now a well-established part of the Dujac range, this was first made in 2005 and comes from a single parcel of 0.29ha. If youre a fan of well done whole-bunch fermentation, youll love this racy, refined, stylishly oaked grand cru. It displays flavours of bramble, red cherry and chalk, with a spicy, peppery undertone.
