Produced using the domaines usual blend of 80% Marsanne and 20% Roussanne, the 2019 Saint Joseph les Oliviers Blanc is a bit richer and more honeyed than typical, marked by broad ripe flavors of pear, melon and pineapple. Medium to full-bodied and silky textured on the palate, its balanced by a zesty, briny finish that provides delineation and lift to the ripe flavors.
