CRITIC REVIEWS

20-year-old vines from Gilly in a spot that is often attacked by rot so they decided to plant (more resistant) Chardonnay. Aged in demi-muids. Picked beginning of October. Tank sample. Quite rich on the nose, and flattering. Dry end and lots of substance to chew on on the palate. Not amazingly fine or supple but lots of flavour and it’s actually very long. Crisp citrus acidity, chewy.
