CRITIC REVIEWS
Eric Guido
Dusty and floral, the 2019 Brunello di Montalcino slowly evolves with a bouquet that blends red plums and black cherries with sage and cedar shavings. It's silky and refined, with a complex blend of ripe wild berries offset by sour citrus and hints of clove. This finishes with a cheek-puckering sensation further enhanced by fine-grained tannins and a pleasantly tart mix of sour berries. Maturity will bring more flesh to the mix.
