CRITIC REVIEWS

The 2020 Saint-Pierre has a well-defined, very precise bouquet with blackberry, raspberry and touches of bay leaf and loam. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins and a keen line of acidity, lightly spiced with a vivid, white-pepper-tinged finish. Delightful and gentle. Tasted blind at the annual Southwold tasting.

Tasted blind. Blackish crimson. Light and leafy. Rather ethereal. Quite developed. Vaguely leathery. (JR)
