The 2020 Moulin-à-Vent Carquelin has quite a perfumed, floral bouquet with pure blueberry and raspberry coulis scents. The palate is very smooth with fine grained tannins and well-judged acidity; it is sensual and pure with a plush finish. It goes out to seduce. Personally, I would ignore the seduction and cellar it for 4-5 years because there is a lovely Moulin-à-Vent with more nuances to be uncovered by time. Tasted twice with consistent notes.
