Certified organic by ICEA. Just mid ruby. Stalky and a little herbal at first, opening to sour cherry and raspberry. Aeration reveals a well-composed nose with hints of cinnamon bark from oak, subtly done. Elegant, almost a little nervy, with sweet raspberry fruit on the palate and supple acidity. Finely ground tannins on the long raspberry finish with lots of cinnamon notes from oak. (WS)
