The 2021 Ribolla Opoka Medana Jama Cru displays a golden hue. It entices with a mix of lemon zest, ginger spice, cedar and dried apples. The 2021 is soothingly round with a liquid floral concentration that saturates with white pit fruits, giving way to a chalky resonance toward the close. It finishes with tension, leaving tart citrus and saline mineral tones through the structured finale.
