The 2022 Chassagne-Montrachet La Concis de Champs was the first to be picked. This is more backward than other cuvees at the moment, with touches of brioche and flint on the nose. The palate is well balanced and expressive, with veins of desiccated orange peel and lime. It's quite spicy with lemongrass notes on the finish.
