CRITIC REVIEWS

The 2023 Pommard Vieilles Vignes has a slightly more discrete bouquet, with the fruit darker than the Volnay Vieilles Vignes. The palate is medium-bodied with crunchy black fruit, fine acidity and more body on the finish compared to the aforementioned Volnay, so there is greater persistence on the aftertaste. This is a bit tough at the moment, but it will benefit from bottle age.
