The 2023 Beaune Les Teurons 1er Cru has a perfumed, floral bouquet that just requires a little more delineation and mineralité. The palate is medium-bodied with a sweet core of red fruit, a little "jagged" in texture toward the finish. This is one for early-term consumption.

Certified biodynamic. Cask sample. Mid-bright crimson. Rich aroma of dark-red fruit - pure and not too sweet. Supple, smooth tannins, incredibly gentle. A wine that whispers its balance of fruit and delicate structure. (JH)
