The 2023 Bacchus is made from Sussex fruit only. A tender note of elderflower blossom blends with nettle and creamy yeast on the nose. The palate is smooth, fluid and bright, with a wonderfully light yet creamy body that exudes citrus brightness and freshness. It has a tender, subtle varietal scent reminiscent of an English meadow in spring. Beautifully clean-cut and balanced.
