(assembled): Pale bright yellow. Sexy scents of lemon drop, white flowers and wild herbs. Shows very good lemony cut in the mouth, with a bright streak of acidity giving the wine an almost tart quality. A bit sharp on the back end, but with no shortage of intensity.

Pale greenish straw. Much less open on the nose than the Bourgogne Blanc just tasted. Very tightly wound with lots of chew and citrus notes. All to play, for with real tension and elegance.
