Clocking in at a whopping 17.5% alcohol, the 2018 Arbois Vin Jaune En Spois opens with pronounced bruised apple, dried walnuts and a pinch of cumin spice. Despite its astounding flavor concentration and overall opulence, the 2018 has a firm acidic backbone that helps maintain very good balance. A long, complex finish wraps it up.
