The 2023 Bourgogne Côte d'Or Les Ormes comes from a selection of parcels mostly around the Domaine in Les Ormeau (hence the name). This has a light bouquet that gains intensity in the glass, touches of orange blossom emerging with time. The palate is well balanced with good weight for a regional white, a little creamy in texture with a dab of ginger right on the finish. Recommended.
