The 2023 Meursault Vieilles Vignes comes from two parcels (to be augmented by a third in the future). It has a well-defined bouquet with pure yellow plum and praline scents that blossom in the glass with fine delineation. The palate is well balanced with fine delineation, fresh and vibrant, a little more mineralité coming through towards the poised finish. This is a worthy follow-up to the excellent 2023.
