The 2024 Fleurie contains around 20% semi-carbonic bunches, spends 10 days in stainless-steel vats before being pressed and then spends nine months in large oak foudres. This has a fragrant, floral bouquet with light crushed stone scents in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with mainly black fruit, quite minerally in style with a nicely focused if relatively straightforward finish. Drink over the next four to five years.
