Wines sold En Primeur will be released from the producer after bottling, typically 18 months after campaign ends. Once shipped, your wine will be stored by Cru Wine in a bonded warehouse until you decide to take delivery.

The 2025 Mouton Rothschild is dense and brooding. Although naturally very, very young, all the elements are so well put together. The 2025 is 98% Cabernet Sauvignon, the most Cabernet ever in the Grand Vin, and that very much comes through in the wine's structure and overall presence. Graphite, lavender, rose petal and menthol build into the rich, heady finish. There's a ton of potential here.

98% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Merlot. Cask sample.A record percentage of Cabernet in the blend. Aromatically refined with blackcurrant, graphite and cedar notes. Beautifully textured, the palate suave, full and fresh. Mouth-filling fruit as well, then length and persistence. Great definition. (JL)
