Dylan brings nearly a decade of wine-industry experience across sommelier work, private client management, and on-trade support. He began his career in the cellars of Franschhoek, South Africa, where hands-on winemaking gave him a strong technical foundation and deep appreciation for production.

Specialising in client relationships and curated wine selection, Dylan helps private clients build thoughtful, long-term portfolios while also contributing to restaurant wine programs and hosting tastings. At Cru Wine, his adaptability, industry knowledge, and commitment to service make him a valuable asset across the business. Outside of work, he enjoys rugby and a great glass of Semillon or Cabernet Franc.
