Gillan joined Cru Wine as a Private Client Account Manager, where she focuses on building trusted relationships and delivering thoughtful, personalised wine experiences for clients. She works closely with private clients in the UAE to understand their preferences, guiding them through discovery and helping them build collections that feel intentional and enjoyable.

With a background in design and client-facing roles, Gillan brings a calm, considered approach to client management, with a strong eye for detail and presentation. Speaking both English and Arabic, she enjoys working with a diverse client base and has a particular interest in wine education, continually developing her understanding through tasting and comparison.
